We Geek! so You don't have too. The help desk may seem not as helpful as talking to someone on the phone but we assure you this is better and here is why. Ever gotten a support technician with a thick accent that you could barely understand let alone work out a solution to a technical problem with? Well that can't happen here because we write out your solution here so you can read it and even print it out. So miscommunication is gone we can even post pictures for you to view something no telephone conversation can give you.

We know your main concern is getting answers in a timely manner. That is why we like to call isn't it? Well you will get a response by one of our support people within minutes of posting your request for help, we promise.

Before submitting a ticket!
Have you checked the Knowledge Base? Give it a look first it could save you some time and many times will provide a very descriptive answer to problems.

IMPORTANT!!! When submitting your ticket use a problem specific subject like "My network stopped working" or "My PC won't boot" but do not use "Help Please" or some general subject for your support ticket. The better you communicate what is happening the more efficiently we can serve you.

ALWAYS include the name that appears on the purchase reciept, shipping address and date purchased.
This will help us locate your customer information.
