30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Products purchased by an end user directly from OK Media PC’s may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of the date of arrival to the shipping address as determined by the shipping companies records. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the end user.

Warranty
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your — our end-user customers — OK Media PC. During the first year of the limited warranty based on the date shown on your invoice and reflected in our records, we will repair any product returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished.
